So I guess I’m out of the loop, I didn’t think you could get hardcore pornography through amazon.com. I was given this set along with a couple others from the same company called Historic Erotica and was told it was available through amazon.com, weird.
So is it any good? That’s kind of a hard question to answer. Most people watch porn for the sole purpose of getting off. From that standpoint the average viewer might be disappointed. Camera angles, lack of close ups, and the rough condition of the film itself would probably put a lot of people off.
I enjoyed it for totally different reasons; the sleazy 70’s aesthetic that permeates all four discs is a great time capsule of 42nd street in its heyday. The hair styles, the clothes, and the naturally curvy women all struck a chord with me.
It’s not the type of thing I would really re-visit but it’s still cool to have.
